Sheet metal bending is possible using press brakes. Our machinery includes hydraulic and electric press brakes from the renowned German company TRUMPF, known worldwide for producing the highest quality equipment.

1. The machines are characterized by flexibility in the selection of tools and bending accuracy for sheets from 0.5 mm to 15 mm thick at specific lengths.
2. 6-axis backgauge systems with the use of advanced measuring devices cooperating with the machine enable bending of complex shapes and obtaining high quality small and medium-sized elements.
3. These machines provide very high repeatability of bent elements, depending on the type and quality of the material from which they are made.
4. Maximum length of processed material:
   • hydraulic press 100Ton - 3000mm (for a thickness of 3mm),
   • electric press 36Ton - 1000mm (for specific thicknesses).
5. Sheet metal bending and cutting can also be done on an eccentric press with a pressure of 125 tons, on a work table measuring 690x1150 mm. The electronically controlled press works together with a complete set of unwinders and straightening rollers, necessary for making elements from coils of material.
6. Processing occurs on presses and cutting dies, which, in the case of low and medium complexity, we make ourselves.
